Hey, I’m Matej Lenarčič – first a partner, then a coach. At heart, I’m a romantic who loves music and dancing. In my free time, I enjoy reading, meditating, and spending time in nature. In winter you’ll find me on the ski slopes, while for the rest of the year I spend as much time as possible by the sea, which fills me with energy. My dog also makes sure I never get bored.

Matej Lenarčič – Coach

I provide Personal Coaching, Business Coaching, and Health Coaching. In my work, I combine experience in team leadership, working within a large corporation, and managing demanding projects in high-stress environments, gained over the past ten years. These experiences taught me—in a unique and challenging way—how important it is to stay connected with ourselves, our values, and our inner direction, even under pressure. This is why I chose the path of coaching: a process where I can support people in recognizing their true needs, emotions, and goals, while offering them a safe space.


As a coach, I believe that every individual is capable of creating a life that reflects their authentic values, desires, and inner truth. Within the coaching process, I create a relaxed space where each person is welcome just as they are. Together with the client, we define a goal they wish to pursue and explore how they experience themselves, their challenges, and their journey along the way. I believe that every genuine change begins from within—first with desire, and then with understanding what is happening inside us, how we think, and how we allow ourselves to feel.

Coaching is intended for those who seek greater stability, clarity, and inner alignment in the challenges they face, or simply compassionate support during demanding phases of life or treatment. I believe in authenticity, personal growth, and in the fact that everyone deserves a space where they are truly heard. I look forward to offering this to you as well.

Through coaching, I aim to support clients in achieving their personal and professional goals while also encouraging a deeper understanding of their emotions. I am convinced that lasting change occurs when a goal is not only mentally clear but also aligned with our inner experience. How we feel about a goal and the thoughts it awakens strongly influence our motivation, persistence, and behavior. This is why coaching also includes exploring emotions, unconscious beliefs, and behavioral patterns that shape our decisions. When we understand what drives us and what holds us back, we can connect with ourselves more authentically and pursue our goals with greater clarity, calmness, and inner alignment.

My approach is holistic, focused on developing self-awareness, personal responsibility, and sustainable growth. I help clients recognize opportunities where they once saw obstacles and create lasting changes in their lives. My role is not to provide answers, but to open a space—through questions, support, and a structured process—where clients can find their own, most authentic ones.
